The Senior KAM will be responsible for managing, retaining, and enhancing the strategic relationship with key accounts in Uruguay. The main objective is to maximize sales volume, improve the operational efficiency of partners, and ensure an exceptional customer experience through data-driven consultancy.
As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
- Leading the commercial relationship with the main gastronomic groups and franchises in the country.
- Renegotiating contracts, commissions, and exclusivity or visibility agreements, ensuring mutual profitability.
- Designing and executing exclusive marketing strategies and promotions.
- Working with restaurants to improve their digital presence.
- Identifying areas of expansion for partners.
Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?
- Minimum 3-4 years in commercial roles.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Salesforce).
- Strong negotiation skills, assertive communication, resilience, and results orientation.
