As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:
Principal Responsibilities:
1. Commercial Management and Business Development
- Construct and execute the annual and quarterly commercial plan of the client.
- Ensure the fulfillment of revenue, investment, and margins.
- Identify new growth opportunities in Marketplace, Turbo, and Retail Media.
- Develop Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and investment roadmaps.
2. Strategic Client Relationship
- Be the main point of contact for brands, agencies, and commercial leaders.
- Understand the client's needs, brand strategy, and business objectives.
- Build solid, transparent, and trustworthy relationships with key stakeholders.
3. Coordination with Internal Teams (E2E)
- Work with Planners to ensure the impeccable execution of campaigns.
- Work with Insights to build narratives, analyses, and deep-dives that drive decisions.
- Align with Operations, Finance, and Product to ensure availability, pricing, certifications, and compliance.
4. Performance and Optimization
- Review weekly and monthly performance with the client.
- Detect gaps, explain causes, and define action plans.
- Ensure pacing, investment, and compliance with KPIs per flight and Always On.
- Lead mid-flight optimizations with support from Planner and Insights.
5. P&L Management of the Client
- Provide visibility of forecast, actuals, risk, and opportunities.
- Take care of margin levels and negotiate commercial conditions.
- Ensure timely billing and collection (OC, GR, payment dates).
6. Presentation of Results and Commercial Storytelling
- Prepare and present QBRs, Category Reviews, campaign deep-dives, and benchmarks.
- Build narratives that connect data + business + recommendation.
- Propose strategic activations, A/B tests, and new Retail Media solutions.
7. Governance, Processes, and Organization
- Keep the pipeline updated in the internal CRM.
- Be the guardian of the commercial process and the relationship with the agency.
- Ensure compliance with agreements, policies, and regulations.

Desired Profile / Key Skills
- Experience in commercial roles, trade marketing, retail media, or digital advertising.
- High capacity for relationship building and persuasion.
- Handling of data and performance KPIs.
- Excellent executive communication, negotiation skills, and storytelling.
- Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and high volumes of information.
- Strategic mindset and results orientation.
- Intermediate/advanced English.
