The Information Technology Support Associate I position is an entry-level role within the IT Team that involves providing support to stores and end-users in the Backoffice. The desired candidates for this position should have a keen interest in learning about the IT industry and working collaboratively in a team environment. Reporting to the IT Support Supervisor, the IT Support Associate I is responsible for addressing and resolving technical issues, with the ability to escalate complex problems to higher-level support tiers. Qualifications:
Associate's degree in information technology or equivalent work experience. Basic understanding using basic software and tools (i.e. Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, etc.) for data/project management. Any IT certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) or CompTIA Security + (Sec+) is a plus, but not mandatory. Able to work weekdays, Saturdays, Sundays, and potentially evenings as needed.
Physical Requirements:
Work is typically performed in an office, but projects may sometimes take the employee to a non-standard workplace; Requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards; Must have the ability to lift and small carry parcels, packages and other items up to 50lbs, and to walk short distances; Must have the ability to sit and sometimes stand for several hours.
