Agricultural Sales Representative
Translating complex agronomic information into clear, value propositions for retailers and growers. You will build long-term relationships through technical credibility, business acumen, and outstanding customer service, while supporting trials, product launches, and retailer training in collaboration with our technical and marketing teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive growth by executing territory plans with ag retailers and distributors.
- Build and strengthen retail partnerships to increase market share.
- Prospect and convert new retail partners into long-term accounts.
- Provide product training and technical support to retailers.
- Assist with trials, product launches, and grower events.
- Communicate complex technical concepts simply and effectively.
- Monitor competitive activity and provide market insights.
- Participate in trade shows, meetings, and industry events.
- Meet or exceed sales and margin targets.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Strong knowledge of crop inputs and the retail channel.
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, close, and grow retail accounts.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, with the ability to develop a territory independently.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of ag sales experience, focusing on retail relationships.
- Proven success in prospecting and closing retail accounts.
- Degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or Business preferred.
