The Senior Technical Implementation Manager serves as a technical specialist, providing architectural guidance and consulting expertise across multiple IT integrations involving the RP Clinical Application suite. This role supports radiology practices and facilities nationwide by advising on best practices, technical solutions, and workflow optimization. The manager collaborates with cross-functional teams and drives continuous improvement in technical implementation standards.

Provide architectural and consulting expertise for integrations involving the RP Clinical Application suite.
Advise on the design and improvement of IT implementation processes, including technical documentation and tracking/reporting tools.
Communicate proactively with local practice resources, boards, clients, and vendors regarding technical status, blockers, and scope changes.
Collaborate with leadership and teammates to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
Promote communication and cooperation among teammates to create a spirit of unity in the department. Ensure all technical solutions align with organizational goals and compliance standards. Perform other duties as assigned.
Travel as needed
Deep understanding of healthcare and radiology technical workflows, including the RP Clinical Application suite.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to architect and optimize radiology workflows.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to teach and mentor others on RP Clinical Application suite.
Proficiency in computer software including Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Ability to work with and maintain confidential information.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness.
Bachelor's Degree in a related field preferred.
8+ years of relevant healthcare IT experience.
Technical expertise in analyzing and architecting radiology workflows.
Any equivalent combination of education and experience.
Advanced degree or certifications in healthcare IT (e.g., Lean Six Sigma).
Experience consulting on large-scale, multi-site IT integrations.
Demonstrated success in driving process improvement and change management.
The salary range for this position is $100,000-$120,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
