Are you an experienced, energetic, and adaptable digital/online project and account manager? Do you want to manage online labor market communication projects for the largest employers in the Netherlands and beyond? Then come work and further develop yourself at Radancy.
Radancy is the one-stop shop for organizations looking for smart solutions to their key recruitment challenges. With our integrated platform, full of valuable data and in-depth industry knowledge, we change the way employers find, attract, and retain top talent. We are proud of our collaboration with leading organizations such as the Ministry of Defense, the Tax and Customs Administration, the Municipality of Rotterdam, ING, and NS, which we help with a distinctive employer brand to attract the right talent for the future.
Our versatile services range from developing EVPs and employer branding to devising smart media plans, and from creative concepts to building complete recruitment sites on our Talent Acquisition Cloud platform or RudderCMS. As a market leader in the Netherlands, we have everything you need under one roof: expertise, experience, and the latest insights. And as part of our global network, you can count on our team of 65 experts in the Netherlands, as well as the knowledge and support of 1,200 colleagues worldwide.
We will be honest right away: an average day does not exist at Radancy, and your tasks may also vary by the hour. One moment you are the go-to advisor for our clients, the next moment you are leading an internal project meeting, and another moment you are deep into budgets, schedules, and project documentation. As a connecting link between our clients and our team, you are the first point of contact both internally and externally. You are ultimately responsible for the planning, start, progress, delivery, and aftercare of various digital projects, such as optimally converting landing pages, temporary campaign sites, complete recruitment sites, and online creatives. You understand what our clients need (even if they don't express it) and can put technically complex matters into plain language.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a project manager in the online communication industry, for example at an advertising, internet, or social media agency.
You understand the digital world and software: you know, for example, what APIs do, can work in various CMSs, and fully understand why Google Analytics should be set up for a site or online campaign.
You can get along well with clients and feel exactly when the conversation is about target groups and objectives or about technology and tools. During the conversation, you can make connections between them.
Experience with labor market communication and online and audiovisual productions is a plus.
You have a keen eye for schedules, deadlines, costs, and other delivery challenges and can document them in a structured manner.
You have excellent general development, are socially and environmentally engaged.
You are flexible, as your workplace will alternate between Capelle a/d IJssel, at clients, at home, or wherever your laptop is.
We offer you a good salary, travel expenses, and an excellent pension plan. But don't let that be your motivation. We offer you a unique opportunity to further develop yourself. You will work with specialists in the fields of creativity, design, front- and back-end development, media, and research. Young, driven people with whom you will work in varying teams and from whom you can learn a lot. And with professional clients who – just like you – are skilled in the communication field. And that in an environment where it is not about where or when you work, but about what you contribute to the success of our clients. Oh, and did we mention that we have our own chef-cook on staff?
