Responsibilities

As a Customer Success Manager, you will guide our clients throughout the entire talent journey; from orientation to application. Think of setting up recruitment sites, employer branding, and recruitment campaigns, referral programs, programmatic advertising, and optimization of existing products and services. You understand the needs and concerns of your clients and ensure that their feedback is heard so that they can find and recruit the right talents with your advice and support.

Your tasks include:

  • Final responsibility for your own client portfolio.
  • Proactively providing advice and acting as a reliable partner for our clients.
  • Drafting tight (de)briefings for both our clients and internal teams.
  • Maintaining a strong relationship with your clients and knowing their individual needs and challenges.
  • Translating the feedback, goals, and needs of our clients to our internal organization so that we can make our products and services even better.
  • Analyzing data and KPIs and making proposals for optimizations based on the individual client's objectives.
  • Preparing, organizing, and following up on evaluation sessions with the client once per quarter.
  • Recognizing potential growth and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

As a Customer Success Manager, you will:

  • Have a completed higher professional education.
  • Have at least 3 years of relevant experience in client-oriented advisory services or account management (HR and/or SaaS experience is a plus).
  • Have no difficulty in understanding and analyzing different types of data and information.
  • Be able to coordinate between different internal and external stakeholders and possess strong communication skills.
  • Show diplomacy, tact, and calmness when dealing with client problems and escalations.
  • Be responsible, proactive, dynamic, and a team player.
  • Speak and write good Dutch and have a good knowledge of English.
  • Be flexible, as your workplace will be alternately in Capelle a/d IJssel, at clients, at home, or wherever your laptop is.
