In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth within the Personal Loans Media team. This includes driving margin growth, owning internal and external communications, analyzing campaign performance, and executing cross functional growth initiatives. This position is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience and grow into a client-facing account management role. You'll contribute to building a best-in-class experience for our partners while learning from a team of experienced professionals. You will help manage a portfolio of partners, focusing on supporting day-to-day operations, reporting, and growth initiatives. The right candidate will bring curiosity, a sense of urgency, and the drive to learn and make an impact.
The expected salary range for this position is $70,000 USD to $100,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company's compensation practices. The salary may be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location. The position is also eligible to receive performance bonus or commission and equity in the form of restricted stock units. This position is eligible to participate in the Company's standard employee benefits programs, which currently include health care benefits; retirement benefits; the amount of paid days off (paid sick leave, parental leave, paid time off, or vacation benefits); any other tax-reportable benefits.
