Senior Account Manager - Workforce Health Solutions

The Senior Account Manager - Workforce Health Solutions is responsible for driving territory growth and profitability by providing superior customer service and relationship management in support of the Workforce Health Solutions Account Executive team. The Account Manager focuses on developing relationships, retaining accounts, and identifying opportunities to grow revenue within their book of business.
This is a hybrid position based in Norristown, PA. Remote candidates may be considered.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Account Executive team by supporting the relationship and helping manage customer needs.
- Responsible for maintaining day-to-day client relationships, service levels, and working to develop strategic relationships within employer and reseller customers.
- Expand and enhance business relationships with existing national clients by collaborating with Account Executives to upsell, increase participation, and ensure retention for existing business.
- Maintain positive customer relations and supply customers with information concerning all Health & Wellness products and services, demonstrating superior responsiveness to Client/Partner requests to ensure loyal clients.
- Meet or exceed base budget and sales quotas, while managing accounts to minimize account attrition and negative volume variance.
- Identify customer concerns, customers in jeopardy, and consult with customers to identify products and solutions that meet and exceed customer expectations.
- Responsible for learning and maintaining proficiency level on the Health & Wellness products and solutions in order to sell the capabilities of our solutions to clients.
- Organize and lead client calls during the implementation process and client touchpoint calls.
- Handle client escalations as needed.
- Leverage all tools and resources (including data, sales portal, target lists, Marketing, Laboratory, and regional resources) as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the operations organization to provide a positive customer experience.
- Ensure compliance with all company policy and government regulations.
Qualifications
Required Work Experience:
- Three or more years of successful sales experience with a fortune 1000 company.
- One or more years of experience identifying and closing new business.
- Must be experienced with utilizing Salesforce or other CRM program.
Preferred Work Experience:
- Experience with laboratory information systems preferred.
- Health care industry experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
- Perform job duties with frequent interruptions or distractions
- Ability to interact professionally with colleagues and/or customers for different purposes in different contexts
- Maintain composure under pressure
- Ability to collaborate and influence internal and external clients at all levels of the organization.
- Demonstrate business acumen, including confidence in presenting and discussion business issues with Benefit Managers and Directors.
- Experience making independent decisions and manage large projects that directly impact our business and the business of our clients.
- Proven ability to develop relationships with executive level personnel resulting in successful closure of the sale.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment with all employees.

Bachelor's Degree Required
