Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative / Customer Service professional. This role focuses on supporting our dealer network, processing orders, resolving product inquiries, and maintaining strong client relationships. If you have a passion for excellent service, a knack for communication, and strong organizational skills, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Provide responsive customer support via phone and email
- Enter and process sales orders in the order management system
- Make outbound calls to maintain and grow dealer relationships
- Promote and sell new and existing QAD products
- Troubleshoot product inquiries and provide technical assistance
- Represent QAD at annual industry trade shows
- Prepare return authorizations and maintain daily activity records
- Ensure accurate dealer representation on the company website
- Collaborate with team members and other departments
- Stay current on archery product knowledge and industry trends
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or customer service experience (sporting goods or outdoor industry preferred)
- Archery knowledge is a strong plus
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and order entry systems
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, team-oriented attitude
- High level of integrity and professionalism
