Customer Service Representative

Qualified Staffing - Calhoun is seeking Customer Service Representatives for a seasonal job! If you are looking for temporary work, apply NOW!

LOCATION: Calhoun, GA

PAY: $15

SHIFT: Hours vary, must be open between (8:00a-6:00p) Mon-Fri. The schedule will consist of 6-7 hours a day. This is a seasonal position beginning the day after Christmas. Candidates must be available to start on that date for training. The role is expected to continue for a couple of months throughout the tax season.

Responsibilities:

• Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
• Direct all calls to proper departments
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

Additional Requirements:

• Good customer service skills
• Data Entry
• Basic knowledge in computers
• Strong phone contact handling skills
• Excellent communication
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Previous knowledge in tax preparing a plus!
