Qualified Staffing is in search of Customer Service Representatives for our dynamic client in Cartersville, GA. If you are an experienced Customer Service Representative, we want to talk with you!

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm, pay rate: $18 per hour

In the role as CSR you will support, and maintain office operations by receiving and distributing communications, and serving customers.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Serving customers by backing up receptionist; answering questions; forwarding messages; confirming customer orders; keeping customers informed of order status.
• Handling data entry, typing, and other general office duties. Forwarding information by receiving and distributing communications; collecting and mailing correspondence; copying information.
• Maintaining equipment by completing preventive maintenance; troubleshooting failures; calling for repairs; monitoring equipment operation; monitoring and purchasing meter fund.
• Enhancing organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
• Assists the Inventory Team by performing accurate counts of warehouse products including but not limited to glass, cans and cartons.
• This position also supports inventory accuracy investigations and locates products when requested by management and customers.
• Verify inventory for sales, production and other departments when requested
• Ensure inventory accuracy and investigate any discrepancies
• Pull samples for sales department.
• Assist in locating pallets for warehouse and traffic office.
• Perform wall to wall search for missing inventory.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience required
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Experience with SAP
• Attention to detail.
• Adequate math and counting skills.
• Highly organized and efficient at prioritizing workload.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure at a fast pace.
• Demonstrate the ability to be cross trained on different jobs.
• This position is frequently required to stand for periods at a time, walk, and lift products up to 25 pounds.
• This position may be required to sit; use hands to feel, perform manual dexterity; reach with hand and arms; and stoop, kneel or crouch as needed.

Work Environment:

• This position works in a warehouse environment with exposure to cold and heat.
• The noise level is usually moderate to loud.
