We are looking for a highly motivated Yardi Support Analyst to join the Enterprise Solutions team, to meet the support needs of the various business units within our Yardi environment. Reporting to the IT Lead, Yardi support, this role is responsible for providing end user support for Yardi Voyager, its connected modules and monitor other connections to the ERP, linked systems (SIPP interfaces, task runners, etc.). The Yardi Support Analyst will fulfill service requests, troubleshoot reported incidents and monitor system health to provide efficient, reliable, effective support and escalate issues as necessary to established escalation points.
