Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

- Answer inbound phone calls, schedule customer appointments and respond to customers in timely manner

- Provide clerical support to staff when needed

- Process customer sales orders

- Type letters, memos and customer correspondence when needed

- Update customer information in various databases

- Follow up on customer requests, providing detailed notes in the system to track all work done pertaining to the customer

- Answer product and service questions

- Attract potential customers by answering product and service questions

- Suggest information about other products and services

- Open customer accounts by recording account information

- Maintains customer records by updating account information

- Pull sample bags from warehouse and mail samples

Requirements for Customer Service Representative:

- Able to perform light lifting (less than 50lbs)
