Overview

If making people happy makes you happy, then this is the role for you! We are looking for friendly and organized individuals with basic computer skills to join our team. The primary responsibility is to facilitate guest communication to our front desk in a courteous and timely manner.

This is a second shift position starting at 3pm, weekend work is required. As a full time associate you will receive health, vision, dental and life insurance with employee contribution, as well as 401k match and many other great benefits. Complimentary uniforms will be provided.

In this role you will:

• Provides assistance to all guests calling in to the hotel and within the hotel.
• Communicates in a clear and personalized manner.
• Responsible for dispatching calls to engineering staff and housekeeping staff in order to provide outstanding service to all guests.
• Manage our mobile guest request dashboard throughout the shift.
• Answer guest inquiries in a professional manner.
• Execute problem resolution skills to resolve guest concerns in an efficient manner and on first contact.
• Make reservations and reservations changes.
• Assist with guest registration as needed.
• Maintain key control procedures for team members.
• Cross-train opportunities available for career development.

Qualifications

*Drug screen and background check required.

*Basic computer skills.

*Fluent English speaking and writing.

*Open availability, weekend shifts are required.

*Strong organizational skills.

*Ability to multi-task.

Compensation Range

The compensation for this position is $15.00/Hr. - $15.00/Hr. based on qualifications and experience.
