Senior Associate Workday Human Capital Management

These individuals analyse client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. Those in Workday human capital at PwC will focus on providing consulting services for Workday human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of Workday HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

The Opportunity

As part of the Workday Human Capital team, you streamline HR policies, practices, and processes to transform the HR organization. As a Senior Associate, you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain the utmost standards while building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You support Workday Learning and other HCM modules, aligning HR strategy with business strategies and configuring Workday Learning to meet business needs.

What You Must Have

• Bachelor's Degree
• 4 years of Workday product experience

What Sets You Apart

• Master's Degree in Business Administration/Management, Human Resources Management, Organizational Management, or Computer and Information Science preferred
• Workday Services functional certification(s) preferably Learning and/or Engagement Manager certification
• Streamlining HR policies and processes
• Aligning HR strategy with business strategies
• Supporting Workday Learning and other HCM modules
• Configuring Workday Learning and HCM modules
• Providing industry knowledge and leading practices
• Participating in client discussions and meetings
