A career in our Digital Finance team, within our Oracle consulting practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help Finance organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. We help our clients define their Finance Systems Strategies and effectively see the strategy through execution. We help implement and effectively use broad technology offerings including Oracle-NetSuite to solve their business problems and fuel success in the Finance space. As part of our Digital Finance team, you'll focus on providing the support needed to utilize new Finance technologies including NetSuite as well as helping with finance transformation initiatives that require a blend of finance and technology consulting support.

The Opportunity
As part of the Oracle NetSuite team you lead the creation and implementation of impactful supply chain management consulting initiatives. As a Manager you supervise, develop, and coach teams, manage client service accounts, and drive assigned client engagement workstreams by independently solving and analyzing complex problems to develop top-quality deliverables. You use autonomous decision-making and professional skepticism when reviewing, analyzing, and producing deliverables across multiple client needs, maintaining the successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of projects.

Responsibilities
- Lead the creation and implementation of supply chain management consulting initiatives- Supervise, develop, and mentor team members to enhance their capabilities- Manage client service accounts and maintain client relationships- Drive client engagement workstreams and deliver top-quality outcomes- Utilize independent decision-making to address complex problems- Achieve successful planning, budgeting, and execution of projects- Apply professional skepticism in reviewing and producing deliverables- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and innovation

What You Must Have- Bachelor's Degree- 5 years of experience

What Sets You Apart- Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems preferred- NetSuite Suite Foundation, NetSuite ERP Consultant preferred- Leading NetSuite implementation projects- Collaborating with clients on supply chain management- Conducting workshops and training sessions- Analyzing systems and processes for optimization- Designing NetSuite solutions for supply chain needs- Providing guidance and support during implementation- Mentoring and training junior consultants
