A career in our Digital Finance team, within our Oracle consulting practice, will provide you with the opportunity to help Finance organizations use enterprise technology to achieve their digital technology goals and capitalize on business opportunities. We help our clients define their Finance Systems Strategies and effectively see the strategy through execution. We help implement and effectively use broad technology offerings including Oracle-NetSuite to solve their business problems and fuel success in the Finance space. As part of our Digital Finance team, you'll focus on providing the support needed to utilize new Finance technologies including NetSuite as well as helping with finance transformation initiatives that require a blend of finance and technology consulting support.

The Opportunity
As part of the Oracle NetSuite team you lead and manage end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post-implementation support. As a Senior Associate you analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You focus on building client relationships and developing a deeper understanding of the business context while navigating increasingly complex situations and growing your personal brand.

Responsibilities
- Leading and managing end-to-end NetSuite implementation projects
- Conducting requirements gathering, solution design, and configuration
- Overseeing testing, training, and post-implementation support
- Analyzing complex problems and delivering strategic solutions
- Mentoring and developing junior team members
- Building and sustaining client relationships
- Developing a thorough understanding of the business context
- Navigating complex situations to achieve top-quality results

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems preferred
- Leading and managing NetSuite implementation projects
- Collaborating with clients on supply chain management
- Conducting workshops and training sessions
- Designing and configuring NetSuite solutions
- Providing guidance and support throughout implementation
- Demonstrating industry knowledge in supply chain and manufacturing
- Staying up-to-date with NetSuite features
- Mentoring and training junior consultants
- NetSuite Suite Foundation, NetSuite ERP Consultant preferred

Travel Requirements
Up to 60%

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
