About the Position

Join PVH's finance South West Hub team as a Customer Service Manager France-Belux!

You will be in charge of supervising all operations linked to the management and administration of sales contracts, from order registration to delivery to the customer on the French and Belgian markets, in liaison with the European head office in Amsterdam.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Manage a team of 10 people and monitor their activity
• Be the privileged interface between the Supply Chain team at EU headquarters in Amsterdam and the Sales teams in France/Belgium.
• Work closely with the Iberia Customer Service team to share best practices and improve processes within the South West EU Hub region.
• Interact with the Customer Service departments of the other European Hubs.
• Ensure compliance with and implementation of Group policy
• Manage the customer database - wholesale (Ecom / Independent / Franchises) & consignment (Dept Stores)
• Manage the order book
• Organize deliveries, in liaison with head office logistics departments
• Analyze disputes
• Support the sales team
• Create and monitor dashboards to steer activity
• Define relevant KPIs
• Optimize customer satisfaction

About the Team

You will report to the VP Finance et Operation and work closely with the wholesale and finance teams.

About You

Open-minded and enthusiastic by nature, you are able to make decisions quickly and cope with organizational changes.

You are recognized for your natural leadership based on humility and simplicity, and are keen to unite your teams by example.

You ideally have at least 8/10 years' consolidated experience in sales administration/supply chain/customer service in the fashion/retail sector in a multicultural environment.

You have an excellent command of the Office pack - especially Excel, which you will use on a daily basis - and of SAP.

Languages used on a daily basis are French and English, both spoken and written.
