Position Summary

• Implement and build PTC products and solutions based on operational design outcomes, providing customers with usable environments
• Build, configure, and customize PTC product environments, migrate data, and develop integration functions
• Solve various challenges by effectively utilizing available resources to resolve issues in a short period
• Understand PTC best practices and product features and functionalities, ensuring global standardization of practices and deliverables
• Lead customers through failed or first-time implementations, building trust and guiding them towards successful outcomes

Key Responsibilities

• Execute project tasks assigned to meet customer requirements, including planning, analysis, development, and validation for application implementation
• Define and implement installation methods and procedures for PTC products on provided platforms
• Configure and validate PTC product environments based on predefined system settings
• Migrate necessary data from existing systems to newly installed PTC systems for operational continuity
• Customize PTC product functionalities to meet customer-specific requirements and develop customer-specific features
• Develop integration functions to enable data connectivity between PTC-installed systems and related systems
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and present PTC products and custom solutions

Required Skills And Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
• Curiosity for various knowledge areas including technology, English, and sales processes
• Strong communication skills to build trust and rapport with customers
• Japanese: Native level
• English: Ability to read and write English emails and documents
• Basic knowledge of web and database applications
