We are looking for a candidate who:

• Has around 12-15 years of experience in line with the job profile.
• Is passionate and self-driven with an attitude of “Always Be Selling” and is end goal centric.
• Holds an engineering degree preferably in mechanical engineering.
• Has minimum 10 years of work experience in the manufacturing domain or similar domain.
• Has worked in an enterprise driven strategic engagement like ERP PLM ALM SLM. Knowledge about Cloud SaaS and subscription will be an added advantage.
• Can liaison with C-level executives to be a trusted advisor in their journey.
• Has a deep understanding of the Product Development Process.
• Can work with the partner ecosystem and lead by example.
• Can create joint business plans with internal and partner ecosystem and execute on them.
• Is a team player by nature and has worked in an ecosystem.
• Has an understanding of aerospace and defense will be an added advantage but not a must.
