What We Are Looking For

Provide day-to-day support for sales teams and customers on digital platforms and web applications, including issue logging, product maintenance, and testing. Handle L1 support for the AS400 LAS system and coordinate with L2/L3 teams to resolve customer and internal requests.

What We Are Expecting From This Role

  • Support sales departments and customers in day-to-day requests/queries/issues/clarification for our digital platforms and web-based applications.
  • Log defects/queries (Technical & Non-Technical) and report back to the product management team.
  • Support the maintenance of products with changes in products driven by customers, users, or internal quality testing.
  • Reproduce and document issues, raise bugs with the IT team.
  • Contribute to customer projects and internal R&D where possible.
  • Take part in incident investigation/resolution, reporting, and testing.
  • User administration and configuration of backend (AS400) LAS system as L1 support and cooperate with L2/L3 Support to solve internal and external customer requests/issues if required.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in related fields
  • Good written and spoken English
  • Experience with MS Office, especially in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Eager to learn new tools, technologies, etc.
  • Experience with Jira would be preferred.
  • Experience in an application support or similar role would be preferred.
  • Attention to detail, analysis, and good problem-solving skills.
