Account Executive

As the Account Executive for Providence/Covenant Health TX-NM Business Development, you'll be the primary sales arm to drive referrals from healthcare providers, clinic staff, hospitals, and others across West Texas and Eastern New Mexico. Your mission: hit growth targets, deliver exceptional customer service and service recovery, and build lasting relationships that drive referrals and transfers. - This role is an onsite position and will report onsite daily as scheduled.
- This role requires you to be located within a commutable distance of our office location listed below:

- Shifts Available: Day
- Shifts Hours: Monday – Friday, 8AM – 5PM
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or a Healthcare-related field -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
- 3 or more years of experience in healthcare customer service with field service experience focus
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver's license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information.
Preferred qualifications:
- Prior sales experience, preferably in healthcare.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for providers, clinic staff, and regional hospitals—building lasting relationships to drive referrals and transfers.
- Prior experience with referral growth analytics - maintaining CRM data and analytics tools to identify leakage and target high-volume referring providers-locations.
- Achieve budgeted growth through opportunity identification, referral base diversification, and consistent in-person and phone visits.
- Maintain frequent communication, develop key contacts, and conduct face-to-face in-services to strengthen partnerships.
- Drive growth by identifying new business sources, meeting targets, increasing referral volumes, and expanding current accounts.
- Prior strategic territory management: experience managing a large geographic territory with a proven ability to prioritize high-potential accounts over low-impact "coffee drops."
- Comfort independently presenting to providers, hospital C-Suite executives, etc.
