Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated IT Analyst to join our growing team in a client-facing support role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a diverse IT skillset across helpdesk support, infrastructure, security, applications, while working directly with end users across our enterprise.
The ideal candidate will be eager to learn, technically curious, and excited to grow their career in a supportive environment where they'll gain hands-on experience across multiple IT domains and systems.
About the Role – You will:
- Provide first and second-line technical support to staff, resolving hardware, software, and basic network issues
- Support various infrastructure, security, and application processes with guidance from senior team members while developing expertise across all IT domains.
- Perform basic system upgrades, patches, and software installations
- Set up new user workstations, mobile devices, and peripherals for clients
- Assist with user onboarding and basic technology training
- Assist with Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, and Exchange Online support
- Assist in managing and supporting client IT infrastructure including servers, networks, and desktops
- Assist with user access management and password resets across client environments
- Help maintain antivirus and security software deployments
- Assist with software patching and security updates
- Perform basic monitoring of systems and manage alerts
- Help ensure client systems align with security best practices
- Create and manage user accounts, mailboxes, and permissions
- Create client-facing user guides and documentation
- Contribute to improving service delivery efficiency
- Support as remote hands for local datacenter for any move, add, changes
- Support IT projects as assigned

- You will report to the and collaborate with other IT team members located in Greer SC and in Burlingame, CA.
Your Experience:
- 1-3 years of IT experience (internships, help desk, or personal projects count)
- Must have excellent customer service skills.
- Must demonstrate high attention to detail in all work concepts such as ticket entries, emails, and IT documentation.
Education:
- Associate degree or Bachelors in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in IT

Desirable Certifications:
- CompTIA A+ certification preferred (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
- Windows Server Administration Fundamentals
- MCSA, 2012, 2016, 2019
- Mobility and Devices Fundamentals
- MCSE: Core Infrastructure
- Basic understanding of operating systems (Windows, macOS, with exposure to Linux concepts).
- Fundamental troubleshooting skills for common hardware, software, and basic networking issues.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, understanding of what VPNs do).
- Exposure to server environments (awareness of Windows Server and Linux server concepts).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly Office 365, with basic awareness of AWS and Microsoft Azure.
- Basic understanding of virtualization concepts (awareness of VMware, Hyper-V as technologies).
- Location: Burlingame, CA
- Travel: 0-10%
- Compensation: $35.00 per hour
