This as a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Development and Implementation Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Provide services and support as a Trainer [IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services] in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as George Mason University (GMU) | George Mason University | Information Technology Services (ITS) Generally Located In CONUS - Fairfax VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region (Of Country/World).

Design, build, and deliver—transforming ideas into scalable IT solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities and duties - Trainer | Development and Implementation [GMU0012011]

• Develop training curricula and materials.
• Deliver sessions for end-users and ITS staff.
• Create documentation and job aids.
• Support transition during rollouts.

• Bachelor's degree in Education, IT, or related field.
