ProSidian seeks a Solution Architect | Development and Implementation for Information Technology on a Exempt 1099 Contract: No Overtime Pay Basis Contract Contingent located CONUS - Fairfax VA across the Mid Atlantic Region supporting strategic delivery of Government and Public Services Sector Human Capital Solutions through Temporary Help Services and Recruiting/Staff Augmentation capabilities for the City of Charlotte (COC).
Seeking Solution Architect candidates with relevant Education, And Academia Sector Experience (functional and technical area expertise also ideal) to support professional services engagement for Education, And Academia Sector Clients such as GMU. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) Development and Implementation Functional Area / Swim Lane / Category Discipline Professional - IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services Position; however, ProSidian reserves the right to convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.
Provide services and support as a Solution Architect [IT Consulting and Staff Augmentation Services] in the Education, And Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as George Mason University (GMU) | George Mason University | Information Technology Services (ITS). Generally located in CONUS - Fairfax VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region (of country/world).
Design, build, and deliver—transforming ideas into scalable IT solutions that drive measurable outcomes.
Responsibilities and duties:
- Define technical architectures and integration strategies.
- Ensure scalability and security of systems.
- Advise ITS leadership on solution trade-offs.
- Lead technical design sessions.
Desired qualifications for Solution Architect | Development and Implementation candidates:
- Bachelor's/Master's in IT or Engineering.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications:
- 7+ years in architecture roles.
Skills Required:
- Enterprise systems design, integration, API management.
