Front Desk- Customer Service Rep

Louisville, KY

ProLogistix Staffing Agency is in need of a bilingual customer service associate to run the onboarding classes at the National Turnpike branch this season!

Job duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Assisting associates in completing onboarding process
  • Administering drug screens (Oral)
  • Completing E-Verify docs
  • Assigning pay cards and explaining direct deposit options
  • Finalizing applicants
  • Keeping onboarding area clean and sanitized
  • Assisting recruiters with order fills
  • Keeping up with data entry, making sure associate profiles are updated timely

Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Lunch-12pm-1pm

Pay: $45,750 annually

*Overtime is a possibility, when we do after hours job fairs

Requirements:

  • Bilingual in both English and Spanish
  • Customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Computer literate
  • Fast learner
  • Ability to multitask
  • Exceptional attendance record
  • Reliable transportation
  • Team player
  • Ability to work in a high-stress environment
