Job Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• 3+ years of customer service or technical support experience.
• Advanced knowledge of product lines, warranties, and service processes, or previous experience in a Customer Support role at a retailer specializing in home improvement such as Lowe's or Home Depot
• Proven track record handling complex customer support situations.
• Experience mentoring or training team members is preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with a proactive mindset.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the go-to person for troubleshooting, product specs, and documentation.
• Resolve escalated issues and coach team through complex cases.
• Identify root causes of recurring problems and recommend process improvements.
• Maintain strong written and verbal communication across departments.
• Mentor junior reps and assist with their professional development.
• Consistently deliver high-quality support and help improve team metrics.
• Proactively follow up with customers and internal teams without supervision.
