Progyny is looking for a motivated Senior Client Onboarding Manager to lead internal and external stakeholders throughout our benefit implementation process.
The Senior Client Onboarding Manager will be responsible for driving smooth client implementations that exceed our clients' expectations. We are looking for a natural leader who is smart, innovative, and detail oriented. This individual will play a key role in guiding new clients through the onboarding process to ensure the successful integration of Progyny's products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience navigating complex benefits programs and managing client relationships for large and strategic accounts.

Our perks:
In compliance with New York City's Wage Transparency Law, the hourly salary range for NYC-based applicants is: $90,000 - 110,000. There are a variety of factors that go into determining a salary range, including but not limited to external market benchmark data, geographic location, and years of experience sought/required. Progyny offers a total compensation package comprised of base salary, cash bonus, and equity.
