You will work with P&G experts to develop the right business strategies aimed at delivering sustainable competitive advantage of our products. You will be leading a significant part of our business and will be able to immediately see results of your work.Your responsibilities may include
Establishing a strong in-store presence of our brands within a defined geographic territory;
Leading negotiations with clients on assortment expansion, product layout, and sales strategies;
Analyzing sales dynamics and business indicators to develop actionable recommendations;
Conducting regular reviews of results and implementing long-term plans with clients;
Achieving sales goals and providing recommendations to category managers and multifunctional teams.
The job requires you to be based in Krasnodar (or you should be ready to move to Krasnodar with the company's support)
Any higher education degree (up to 3 years after graduation)
Good command of English (Upper-Intermediate/B2 or higher level)
Leadership skills, sense of ownership, willingness to learn
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Readiness for a full-time work schedule (40 hours per week)
Willingness to travel and relocate throughout your career
Candidates with valid driving licenses might be given priority
Relevant work experience is not mandatory but would be considered a competitive advantage
