Bilingual Customer Service Representative

We’re looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team! This is a Tempt-to-Hire position, meaning after 90 days, you’ll be hired directly and need to meet all requirements. If you're fluent in both English and Spanish, have customer service experience, and are ready to grow, this is your chance!

Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries and orders via phone and email in both English and Spanish.
• Assist in various office tasks, including answering calls, entering orders, and supporting general administrative functions.
• Learn and assist with Accounts Payable, Receivables, and Inventory Control.
• Take initiative and contribute to the growth of the team.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Customer Service Representative.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with general office tasks and systems.
• Open to learning new responsibilities and growing within the company.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and excellent customer service.
• No job-hopping—looking for long-term commitment.
• Light industrial experience is preferred.
