The Account Executive, ENT plays a vital supporting role in maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring campaign success, and driving growth for enterprise accounts. Specifically, this entails:

• Assisting in managing day-to-day client communications to support satisfaction and retention.
• Coordinating campaign execution and ensuring deliverables align with client goals.
• Preparing reports and updates to communicate performance and strategic insights.
• Supporting Account Managers in identifying opportunities to enhance client outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• External: Support Account Managers in managing client communications and campaign coordination. Participate in client meetings, take notes, and follow through on action items. Prepare reports, meeting decks, and performance updates for clients. Help ensure clients receive timely updates and consistent communication.
• Internal: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on schedule. Track project timelines, deliverables, and campaign results. Assist in campaign performance analysis and compile recommendations for optimization. Maintain client documentation, reports, and system hygiene. Support the team in administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and process adherence.

• Results: Timely and high-quality execution of campaigns and client deliverables. Positive client feedback through proactive communication and reliable support. Accurate and insightful performance reports that contribute to improved campaign outcomes. Strong collaboration and coordination across teams to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

• Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. 0–2 years of experience in account servicing, marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills with a client-focused mindset. Ability to handle multiple priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn from experienced marketing professionals. Fluent in Thai and English (spoken and written).
