Account Executive
The Account Executive plays a key supporting role in maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring campaigns are delivered smoothly and effectively. Specifically, this entails:
- Assisting Account Managers in coordinating campaigns, tracking performance, and ensuring deliverables meet client expectations.
- Supporting communication between clients and internal teams to maintain alignment and satisfaction.
- Helping prepare performance reports, presentations, and updates that communicate campaign insights and value.

Responsibilities:
- Support Account Managers in maintaining client relationships and ensuring clear, consistent communication.
- Assist with preparing meeting materials, reports, and presentations for client updates.
- Participate in client calls or meetings to take notes, follow up on actions, and ensure timely delivery.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaign activities are executed efficiently.
- Track and report on campaign performance and deliverables.
- Maintain accurate documentation, campaign tracking, and process compliance.
- Support the team in identifying areas for improvement and contributing to process optimization.
Support in maintaining high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
- Ensure all assigned deliverables and reports are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Contribute to successful campaign execution and smooth team collaboration.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in account coordination, digital marketing, or related fields (fresh graduates with strong potential are also encouraged to apply).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts is a plus.
