Our client, a global leader in training and operations support, is seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their team and work with their North American clients.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for their valued customers, ensuring their training journey is seamless and successful. They're looking for someone with a strong administrative background and a proactive approach to customer service.
As a Sales Coordinator, your primary duties will include proactive outreach to existing customers, answering or routing questions, and assisting with onboarding procedures for upcoming training. You will play a crucial role in collecting training fees and ensuring their clients have a positive experience.
Other responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Outbound Calls: Make 60-70 outbound calls per day to collect training fees from existing clients.
Client Communication: Serve as a good communicator with a clear phone voice and English as a first language.
Client Delight: Demonstrate empathy and a strong focus on client delight, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Administrative Excellence: Utilize strong administrative skills to provide comprehensive support.
Tech-Savvy: Be proficient in using Microsoft Office (including Excel) and demonstrate familiarity with Salesforce. While strong Salesforce and Excel proficiency is a plus, they prioritize eager and adaptable candidates.
Prior Experience: Possess prior experience working in an office or company setting.
High school diploma.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in administrative and/or sales support, with a preference for customer service experience over collections.
Articulate verbal and written communication with strong interpersonal skills.
Proactive initiative in handling customer issues.
Highly organized and self-starter.
Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
