About the Role
This is not a typical front desk job. As a Lead Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for families and clinics, guiding families through sensitive decisions and helping them choose meaningful memorial options. This role combines compassionate care with consultative sales, ensuring every family feels supported while also selecting aftercare items that bring comfort.
You will also oversee the customer service team, schedule appointments, and maintain daily logs to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Client Guidance: Guide families through memorial options with empathy and care. Make outbound calls to families to confirm services and offer available upgrades, meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.
Client Intake & Frontline Support: Greet families with warmth and respect, handling emotional conversations with professionalism. Educate clients about the process and what to expect.
Administrative & Operational: Lead the customer service team, process payments, manage order forms, and maintain daily logs.
Facility Culture: Help maintain a clean and welcoming environment, contributing to a culture of empathy, excellence, and sales ownership.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in leadership, sales and customer service.
Strong phone presence and the ability to build rapport quickly.
Emotionally intelligent, able to balance heartfelt moments with sales goals.
Comfortable using computers and CRM systems.
Able to work a rotating schedule that includes Saturdays and Sundays.
Confidence, kindness, and a desire for professional growth.
