Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM)
Pay Range: $24-25/hr
Location: Brooklyn Park, MN

Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements:
- Professionally answer inbound calls from customers.
- Demonstrate product and service knowledge.
- Resolve customer concerns and complaints.
- Research solutions utilizing multiple resources.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills necessary.
- Strong computer skills including data entry/typing.
