Customer Service Representative
Monday – Friday; schedules can vary: 8am-5pm, 10am-7pm, 12pm-9pm
Pay Rate: $18-20 /hr.
Location: Palm Beach County
Experience: Entry level to 5 years

Customer Service Representative Job Duties and Requirements may include:
- Answering inbound calls from customers in a professional manner
- Product and service knowledge
- Providing customers with product and service information on order to resolve customer concerns and complaints
- Providing follow up calls to customers when necessary
- Researching information using multiple resources and route call to the appropriate resource
- Effective communication skills (both written and verbal) needed as a Customer Service Representative
- Strong computer skills including data entry/typing
- Willingness to submit to a background check and/or drug test
