Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Responsibilities include:

• Process and manage orders received via email, phone, sales representatives, and purchase orders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries regarding print jobs, orders, and services.
• Handle all phone calls and emails in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide regular updates to customers on order progress, schedule changes, or any issues that may arise.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all orders.
• Provide support to the sales team as needed.

Customer Service Representative (CSR) Requirements include:

• 2 years or more experience in the printing industry is required.
• Proven track record of strong customer service skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Familiarity with order management or CRM software is a plus.
• Problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
