Information gathered may include confidential and sensitive information of the Company and its agents and merchants. Time and performance on duties is tracked for quality control and performance metrics on the Customer Support Team. This role and the corresponding duties may expand to other items as may be requested by the Company. This role requires an individual who meet the qualifications below.
Qualifications:
Qualified applicants will be tested for their math, typing and customer service skills. In addition, prior to hiring the Company will request consent to run background check on the applicants.
