Role Overview

We are looking for a professional and helpful Customer Service Representative to join our client's call center team. You will serve as the primary link between our company and our customers by handling a variety of inbound inquiries. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys finding solutions to customer concerns while maintaining a friendly and helpful attitude throughout every interaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• One year or more of experience in a call center or high-volume customer service role
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills
• Ability to navigate multiple software systems and databases simultaneously
• Proven track record of reliability and punctual attendance
• Calm demeanor and the ability to handle stressful situations with grace
• Proficient Data Entry skills
• Strong typing skills and general computer proficiency
• Log all customer interactions and updates accurately in our CRM system.
