Shift/Hours: Monday – Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Pay Rate: $16-$17/hr

Location: Texas City, TX

Experience: 2+ years

The ideal candidate will have great phone skills, be computer savvy with office productivity software, and able to perform both inbound and outbound calls to generate sales and provide extraordinary customer service. Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:

• Perform inside sales and light clerical duties
• Emphasis on making outbound sales calls to prospects and clients
• Order entry of customer & vendor purchase orders
• Complete customer's request for quotes
• Answer phones & filing of completed paperwork
• Perform assigned tasks independently & freely asks questions when needed

Customer Service Representative Preferred Skills:

• Able to deal with the public in a friendly courteous manner
• Function as a member of the sales team to reach a common goal
• Make use of time wisely
• Report for work as scheduled
