Compensation: $21 per hour plus incentives

Shift/Working Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

About the role:

PrideStaff is partnering with a locally owned moving company to find a coordinator who manages customer relationships and sales for territories across Western North Carolina, Eastern Tennessee, and South Carolina. You will act as the primary point of contact for residential and commercial clients, ensuring a smooth process from the initial inquiry to final delivery.

What you will do:

• Manage incoming inquiries via phone and web leads to provide service information and close sales.
• Coordinate logistics by scheduling deliveries and pickups while maintaining accurate records for billing and rental agreements.
• Support marketing and growth through social media assistance, networking events, and requesting customer reviews to build brand trust.

What you will bring:

• Experience in customer service or sales with the ability to explain services clearly and persuasively.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multitasking, administrative paperwork, and scheduling in a fast-paced environment.
• High-level communication skills for resolving customer concerns and building professional relationships.
