Call Center/Customer Service Representative/Data Entry Temp - on temporary HOLD M - F 8 am - 9 pm ( 8 hour shift ) Times vary

Customer Service Representative

Responsible for providing professional, high-quality phone support regarding pharmacy benefits to clients, pharmacies, and members.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promptly and courteously answer inbound calls.
  • Assess, prioritize, and resolve customer issues effectively.
  • Document all pertinent call information.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience (call center preferred).
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications.
  • Excellent verbal communication, telephone etiquette, and critical thinking skills.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to change.
  • Preferred: PBM/healthcare experience, Pharmacy Technician certification, or Bilingual (English/Spanish). Education High School Diploma or equivalent Pharmacy Technician Certification is a plus Physical Demands - Requires sitting, standing, and occasional light lifting. *Must meet drug screen & background criteria

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $15.00
