Schedule: Flexible schedule with weekend availability required

Role Overview

Are you a natural problem-solver who keeps your cool when things get heated? We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Customer Service Manager to help lead our front-line team. In this role, you won't just be managing tasks; you'll be the bridge between departments and the steady hand that turns a frustrated customer into a loyal fan.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conflict Resolution: Act as the primary point of contact for complex customer complaints, using de-escalation techniques to reach positive outcomes.
  • Operational Facilitation: Serve as a liaison between various departments to ensure customer needs are met and internal processes run smoothly.
  • Team Support: Assist the Manager in daily operations, providing guidance to staff on best practices for service and efficiency.
  • Problem Solving: Identify recurring issues in the customer journey and propose creative, level-headed solutions to improve the overall experience.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in customer service. Previous experience in an assistant management or supervisory role is strongly preferred.
  • The "Cool Factor": You possess remarkable patience and level-headedness, even in high-pressure situations.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for both customer interaction and inter-departmental collaboration.
  • Availability: Must be able to work a flexible 40-hour week, including weekends.
