Assistant Customer Service Manager
Store Hours: Monday - Saturday, 10:00am-8:00pm & Sunday, 12:00pm-6:00pm 40 hours a week, flex schedule with weekend availability Pay Rate: $20/hour Location: Kennesaw, GA 30144 Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service management.

Assistant Customer Service Manager Responsibilities:
- Maintain knowledge of all products and services to provide accurate guidance to both staff and customers.
- Perform tasks at hand in an efficient, smart, and productive manner.
- Create service orders for customers & process finance payments.
- Work well in a fast-paced environment & communicate effectively with others.
- Maintain a positive attitude and pleasant nature with all customers.
- Effectively handling all customer service issues.
Assistant Customer Service Manager Skills:
- Positive attitude, efficient, and motivated.

- Resolving customer concerns with a professional and solution-oriented approach.
Assistant Customer Service Manager Requirements:
- Previous experience in related field.
- Able to provide 2 professional references.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
- Must be able to work the required shift which can include but is not limited to evenings, weekends, and holidays.
