Pridestaff is looking for a few Customer Service Representatives for our client in Erlanger, KY.

Customer Service Representative manages temperature-sensitive logistics, ensuring timely, accurate, and compliant order handling. This role typically involves monitoring shipments, handling high-volume calls/emails, maintaining temperature records, and resolving logistics issues. Key responsibilities include:

• Customer Communication: Answering inbound calls/emails from clients and vendors.
• Order Management: Entering orders, scheduling appointments, and tracking shipments to ensure on-time delivery.
• Problem-Solving: Resolving complaints, addressing shipping delays, and maintaining cold chain integrity (temperature compliance).
• Documentation: Performing data entry, updating databases, and creating service estimates.

Requirements:

• Experience: Previous customer service or logistics experience (logistics coordinators/freight brokers preferred).
• Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and ability to learn new systems.
• Attributes: Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and strong communication skills.
• Availability: Must work 2nd shift (evening/night) and often includes weekends and holidays.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $19.00 - $22.00
