Prepared is seeking a Technical Implementation Manager to join our Customer Success organization. You'll be a key technical partner to our public safety customers during onboarding, acting as the face of Prepared for their first deployments. This role plays a critical part in delivering a seamless, high-quality implementation experience and directly impacts the successful adoption of Prepared's technology in 911 centers nationwide. As we grow into new product lines and more complex deployments, your technical skill, autonomy, and proactive mindset will help define how we scale our implementation approach.

The base compensation for this role is approximately $110,000 - $119,000 per year. You are also eligible for employee benefits, company equity grants, participation in Prepared's unlimited vacation program.
