The position is full-time, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours in Longueuil, Canada or in São José dos Campos, Brazil, and is exclusively on-site.

What will your day-to-day look like?

  • Responsible for ensuring the long-term success of our Aircraft Manufacturer (OEM) customer programs
  • Act as the primary P&WC interface with client organizations' and will leverage your industry and commercial expertise to ensure our customer commitments are met at every level of the organization
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships and develop a trusted advisor relationship with customers
  • Forecast and track key account metrics in order to effectively manage risk both with customer requirements and P&WC output (new engine orders or otherwise)
  • Comfortable with regular travel to customers and suppliers as well as in support of various trade shows and events
  • Interact with P&WC senior leadership
  • Leverage your network to influence the organization, driving actions and deliverables related to your account
  • Report on internal and external risks affecting P&WC financial targets
  • Prepare briefings for P&WC leadership in support of meetings and as necessary for escalation items
  • Available during both regular hours and after hours to support your customers' requests

What do you need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in aviation
  • Excellent communications skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to manage entire projects with significant scope and complexity independently
  • Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of other languages (Portuguese, Spanish, Italian) considered an asset

This position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a daily basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with customers, suppliers or international colleagues.
