Key Account Manager Aéronautique
As a Key Account Manager Aéronautique, you will be in charge of managing and developing a portfolio of strategic clients, including Dassault Aviation, which constitutes the major account. You will also accompany other key clients representing approximately one-third of your portfolio. Your role will be to build strong and lasting relationships with your clients, understand their business challenges and technical needs, and propose tailored solutions to maximize their satisfaction and contribute to the company's growth.
Main Missions
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders of Dassault and other clients in your portfolio.
- Be the main point of contact for your accounts, anticipating their needs and ensuring proactive follow-up.
- Understand in-depth the objectives, constraints, and trends of the aeronautical sector to propose customized solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, R&D, customer service, supply chain) to ensure an optimal response to client expectations.
- Monitor the performance of accounts, prepare regular reports (forecasts, revenue tracking, market trends) and present them to management.
- Negotiate commercial conditions (contracts, prices, services) to optimize profitability while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for growth and additional sales (cross-selling/upselling).
- Perform competitive and market intelligence to anticipate risks and strengthen the company's positioning.
- Represent the company at trade shows, conferences, and professional events to enhance its visibility and credibility with strategic clients.
Profile Sought
- Higher education degree (Bac+5) in business, marketing, or engineering (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (3 to 7 years) in key account management, sales development, or customer relationship management.
- Good knowledge of the aeronautical industry; experience in coatings or sealants is an asset.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to lead cross-functional projects in a matrix and international environment.
- Analytical mindset and results-oriented, with strong autonomy.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office suite.
- Bilingual French/English (fluent written and spoken).

Organization and Work Environment
• Reporting line: Director of Business, with a matrix coordination with the Director of S&T and the Director of Platform.
• Position based in Pibrac (Toulouse).
• Regular travel in France and the United Kingdom, occasional in Europe, the United States, and potentially in India.
