Insite Account Manager - Coating Services - Remote Eligible

CSV InSite Account Manager

The CSV InSite Account Manager will have responsibility to service our InSite plants with direct support to the customers to meet service requirements, provide solutions and resolve any issues. You will also look to grow new opportunities and be responsible for the Insite Quotes as requested and future optimization of the quote process. You will report to the Global Sales Director.

Key Responsibilities

Account leader for InSite plants with direct care provided to these customers (25%); In addition, this position will grow new Opportunities (25%)

Engage with the technical and equipment engineered solutions teams to support customer requests for quotes (20%)

Provide InSite quotes to support the growth objectives for CSV. (20%)

Complete Insiste quotes as requested

Improve InSite Quote process and implement

Ad Hoc Requests (10%)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, Finance, Economics or in a related field

7+ years of various business experience related to operations, sales, finance, and/or data analytics

Strong customer orientation

Experience and understanding of commercial and selling processes using Sales Force tool

Demonstrated mindset of simplifying, standardizing, and scaling best practices
